Atsuko completed the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (10537NAT) at National Pilates Training in 2016, and has been supporting National Pilates Training’s activities in Tokyo, Japan.
Having had a very active lifestyle including running and gym workouts, Pilates has been the best method for her not only to strengthen her body but to maintain a balanced body and mind, especially when she was living a busy corporate life and during pregnancy.
