Kath Banks is the owner of Aligned for Life Pilates Moonee Ponds, which has been servicing the Moonee Ponds and Essendon area for over 15 years. Kath is also one of our continuing education short course presenters.

Kath’s specialty areas include postural analysis, rehabilitation & pregnancy. To further enhance her understanding of the body (in particular clinical conditions and rehabilitation).
