Kath Banks is the owner of Aligned for Life Pilates Moonee Ponds, which has been servicing the Moonee Ponds and Essendon area for over 20 years. Kath is also one of our continuing education short course presenters.

Kath’s area of expertise is rehabilitation, as she has a Master of Clinical Exercise Science & Rehabilitation, is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA and works as a Rehabilitation Coordinator at Maribyrnong Sports Academy. Kath’s thirst for knowledge and passion for health will provide you with the support needed to begin your journey or take your career to the next level.
