The Clinical Pilates Training and Education course provides an accredited outcome of eight units of competency drawn from the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (10537NAT).

Units of competency cover information relating to:

  • Functional movement analysis
  • Core concepts
  • Application of the principles of the Pilates Method
  • Basic – intermediate matwork repertoire analysis
  • Basic – intermediate reformer repertoire analysis
  • Injury prevention strategies
  • Injury management strategies
  • Cueing skills and techniques
  • Exercise prescription for special populations and injuries

The Clinical Pilates Training and Education course is delivered either online only or face to face.

The Qualification
