  • Holistic strategies to support health and wellbeing during these life stages
  • Exercise strategies for managing hormone fluctuations
  • Prescriptive movement sequences for these life stages
  • Exercise and prescriptive movement sequences for maintaining healthy bones, bodies, mind and spirit, and staying active during the ageing processes.

Requires completion of the Online curriculum and live studio session on the date provided (or by Zoom on that date/Recording provided for 4 weeks access).
