In today’s video Kath Banks and Mel Plozza will demonstrate a series of exercises that will help you to understand the true benefits of the Pilates method.
They start with demonstrating the simplest form of a lateral exercise and show progressions and building blocks to take the exercise up to a more functional strength-based late-intermediate exercise. The great thing about the Advanced Diploma is that you will build the two ends of your knowledge of the Pilates Method. You will learn some pre-pilates exercises that will help you rehabilitate a variety of conditions, and you will also learn new repertoire at a late-intermediate level that truly conditions the whole body with increased strength and endurance.
