I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of my own body and the Pilates repertoire which in turn has helped be a better teacher and provide a higher level of service to my clients.
I started the Advanced Diploma study at the beginning of March 24 and I’m now almost three quarters of the way through, it has been challenging but extremely rewarding.
NPT has provided me the support I’ve needed to be able to come as far as I have, I feel I’ve come such a long way since completing my first weekend mat class 10 years ago.
Since going through the Diploma with NPT and now the Advanced Diploma, I’ve progressively become much more confident, not only as a Pilates teacher but also in general.
